Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lunaavenue.shop with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel
Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
